Our client is seeking an experienced Recruitment Business Partner to join their entirely remote team, focusing on providing strategic talent acquisition solutions. This role is crucial in partnering with hiring managers to understand their departmental needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure the timely acquisition of high-calibre talent. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding the hiring process from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers across various departments to define recruitment needs and develop tailored hiring plans.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for complex and senior-level roles, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse and qualified talent pools.
- Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, identify trends, and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including behavioural interviews and competency-based evaluations.
- Build strong internal relationships and provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices and market intelligence.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in in-house recruitment or recruitment consultancy , with a strong emphasis on business partnering.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting for a variety of roles, including niche and hard-to-fill positions.
- Expertise in using a wide range of sourcing tools, techniques, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior leaders.
- Strong understanding of employment law and recruitment compliance.
- Highly organized, results-oriented, and capable of working autonomously in a remote setting.
