Talent Acquisition Partner | Expanding Optimus Search Teams in Digital, Data, and Life Sciences

We’re looking for a fluent German-speaking Delivery Consultant to join our London team. This is a 180 role, working closely with one of our top billers to support their success in the German market — focusing on finding and placing exceptional candidates rather than generating new business.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with one of our top-performing consultants, supporting them in delivering recruitment solutions to high-profile German clients.
• Proactively headhunt and source candidates across the Digital, Data, and Life Sciences sectors in Germany.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their suitability for specific roles.
• Manage candidates through the entire process — from initial contact to offer acceptance.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, keeping them engaged and informed throughout the hiring process.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every stage.

The Ideal Candidate

You don’t need recruitment experience — we’ll train you — but you do need to:

• Be fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Have a passion for people and building relationships.
• Be highly organised, with strong attention to detail.
• Be self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn.
