The Role

You'll be responsible for developing and managing a busy blue-collar temporary desk, recruiting professionals across a range of construction disciplines.

You'll build relationships with new and existing clients, source high-quality candidates, manage the full recruitment process, and develop your own desk with the support of an experienced management team.

We're Looking For

Previous recruitment experience (construction recruitment is highly desirable) A proven track record of developing business and managing client relationships Strong communication and negotiation skills A proactive, motivated, and target-driven approachWhat We Offer
