About the Role

Our client, a distinguished recruitment consultancy, is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join their specialized Construction & Property team in Norwich . This role focuses on sourcing and placing professionals within the construction, development, and real estate industries, from site engineers and project managers to surveyors and estate agents. You will be responsible for building key client relationships and talent pipelines, working a hybrid schedule that balances office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for construction and property roles, ensuring timely and effective placements.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates with experience in construction, engineering, surveying, and property management.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their project needs and hiring requirements.
• Utilize industry knowledge to attract specialized talent and build robust candidate networks.
• Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for placed candidates.
• Stay informed about market trends, project pipelines, and emerging talent within the construction and property sectors.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a focus on recruiting for the construction or property sectors .
• Strong understanding of the roles, skills, and qualifications required in these industries.
• Demonstrated success in candidate sourcing and client relationship management.
