Key Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment lifecycle for positions within the education sector, including teachers, teaching assistants, and administrators.
• Develop and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and other educational bodies.
• Source and vet candidates, ensuring all necessary qualifications and safeguarding checks are completed.
• Conduct effective interviews to assess candidate suitability and teaching/support capabilities.
• Utilize job boards, educational networks, and professional bodies to attract talent.
• Achieve placement targets and contribute to the overall success of the education division.

Requirements

• Experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably with a specialization in the education sector .
• Understanding of the UK education system and its staffing requirements.
• Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills .
• Ability to build rapport with clients and candidates in a professional setting.
• Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment software.
• A commitment to safeguarding and thorough vetting processes.
