Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen qualified candidates for teaching and non-teaching roles within the education sector.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions.
• Conduct interviews to assess candidates' suitability, qualifications, and safeguarding checks.
• Manage the offer process and ensure compliance with all relevant educational recruitment regulations.
• Stay informed about current trends and staffing needs within the UK education market .

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment , with a preference for experience in the education sector.
• Understanding of safeguarding procedures and compliance within education recruitment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate management.
