Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for teaching and support staff positions within the education sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions.
• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to placement and ongoing support.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safeguarding and vetting procedures for educational staff.

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment, or a strong interest in the education sector .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Organized and efficient, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with using recruitment databases and online sourcing tools.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
