About the Role

Our client is actively seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join their specialized Engineering recruitment team based in Bristol, South West England, UK . This role is ideal for a recruiter with a passion for the engineering sector who wants to build and manage relationships with engineering firms and source technical talent. You will be involved in the entire recruitment process, from understanding client needs to placing qualified engineers into their desired roles. Working from our client's modern Bristol office, you will be part of a collaborative team focused on delivering exceptional service and results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of engineering disciplines, including mechanical, civil, electrical, and software engineering.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified engineering professionals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with engineering clients, understanding their technical requirements and company culture.
• Conduct thorough candidate screening and interviews to assess technical skills and experience.
• Negotiate offers and manage candidate expectations throughout the hiring process.
• Stay updated on trends and developments within the engineering sector.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on engineering or technical recruitment.
• Proven ability to source and attract engineering talent.
• Good understanding of various engineering disciplines and skill sets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a client-facing, office-based role in Bristol .
