Trainee Executive Search Consultant

£35,000 Base Salary + Bonuses | London

An established executive search firm is looking for ambitious graduates to join its team and build a career working with senior executives, investors and high-profile businesses.

This is not a traditional graduate scheme. From the outset, youll be working in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment where youll learn how to identify exceptional talent, build influential relationships and develop your own client base.

The role

Youll receive structured training and work alongside experienced consultants while developing the skills to become a successful executive search consultant.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Researching companies, markets and senior-level talent
• Identifying and approaching high-calibre candidates
• Building relationships with senior professionals
• Understanding client requirements and search briefs
• Supporting consultants on live assignments
• Developing your own network and market knowledge
• Progressing towards managing your own searches and clients
