Our client, a thriving Recruitment Consultancy based in Norwich, Norfolk , is seeking an energetic and motivated Recruitment Consultant to focus on graduate and entry-level placements. This role is perfect for someone passionate about launching careers and supporting businesses in finding emerging talent. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from liaising with universities and employers to screening candidates and facilitating successful hires. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for graduate and entry-level positions across various sectors.
• Build strong relationships with universities, career services, and employers to source talent effectively.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the requirements for entry-level roles.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the application and interview process.
• Manage client expectations and deliver timely updates on recruitment progress.
• Achieve and exceed agreed-upon placement targets for graduate and entry-level talent.

Requirements

• Experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar client-facing role, with a focus on early careers.
• A strong understanding of the graduate job market and entry-level recruitment challenges.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport with students, graduates, and hiring managers.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and online sourcing tools.
• A proactive, organised, and results-driven approach.
