About the Role

Based in their Liverpool office, you will play a vital role in connecting healthcare providers with essential medical professionals, including nurses, allied health professionals, and support staff. This is a critical position requiring dedication and a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape. You will work closely with clients across the North West, ensuring they have the skilled personnel to deliver exceptional patient care, all from a fixed, collaborative office setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a wide range of healthcare roles, ensuring all necessary qualifications and certifications are met.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare organizations, understanding their staffing challenges and unique requirements.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified and experienced healthcare professionals.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial vacancy intake to offer acceptance and pre-employment checks.
• Stay informed about current trends, regulations, and skill demands within the healthcare industry in the Liverpool area.

Requirements

• Previous recruitment experience, with a specific focus or strong interest in the healthcare sector .
• Demonstrated ability to recruit for clinical or non-clinical healthcare positions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of the Liverpool healthcare market is advantageous.
