Based ideally within commuting distance of Plymouth , you will be responsible for sourcing and placing healthcare professionals, including nurses, allied health professionals, and support staff, into various healthcare settings. Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified healthcare professionals through diverse channels.

• Manage the full recruitment process from initial contact to successful placement and onboarding.

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment, with a strong preference for healthcare recruitment.
• In-depth understanding of healthcare roles, qualifications, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
• Self-disciplined and motivated to succeed in a fully remote role.
• Proficiency in using recruitment databases and online sourcing tools.
• Familiarity with the healthcare landscape in the Plymouth region is a plus.
