About the Role
Our client, a leading Recruitment Consultancy specializing in healthcare staffing, is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join their fully remote team. Based ideally within commuting distance of Plymouth , you will be responsible for sourcing and placing healthcare professionals, including nurses, allied health professionals, and support staff, into various healthcare settings. You will play a key part in ensuring healthcare providers have the skilled staff they need to deliver excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified healthcare professionals through diverse channels.
- Conduct thorough vetting and compliance checks to meet stringent healthcare standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients, understanding their staffing needs.
- Manage the full recruitment process from initial contact to successful placement and onboarding.
- Stay informed about current healthcare trends, regulations, and workforce demands.
- Achieve and exceed placement targets in a remote working environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in recruitment, with a strong preference for healthcare recruitment.
- In-depth understanding of healthcare roles, qualifications, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
- Self-disciplined and motivated to succeed in a fully remote role.
- Proficiency in using recruitment databases and online sourcing tools.
- Familiarity with the healthcare landscape in the Plymouth region is a plus.
