About the Role

Our client, a leading Recruitment Consultancy , is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their Industrial & Manufacturing division in Nottingham . This role is key to supplying skilled personnel to a wide array of industrial and manufacturing clients across the region. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from understanding complex operational needs to sourcing and placing candidates in roles such as production operatives, engineers, and supply chain specialists. Working from our Nottingham office, you will build strong client relationships and develop an expert understanding of the industrial market, ensuring our client remains a preferred partner for manufacturing recruitment needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with clients in the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical, operational, and management roles.
• Understand and effectively communicate job requirements and company culture to candidates.
• Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for successful placements.
• Achieve and exceed agreed-upon placement and revenue targets for the division.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and labour market conditions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment , with a focus on Industrial or Manufacturing sectors.
• Demonstrated success in business development and client management within these sectors.
• Excellent interviewing, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a target-driven, office-based environment in Nottingham .
• Strong understanding of the skills and qualifications required for industrial roles.
