Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for a variety of industrial and manufacturing roles, including skilled trades, engineering, and operational positions.
• Develop and nurture relationships with clients in the industrial and manufacturing sectors across the North West.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure skill fit, cultural alignment, and motivation.
• Manage the offer process and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and market changes to provide informed advice to clients.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of recruitment experience, preferably within industrial, manufacturing, or technical sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and recruitment databases.
• Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage workload effectively in a remote setting.
