Our client, a well-established recruitment consultancy in Leeds , is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Recruitment Consultant to focus on the industrial sector. This role involves building strong relationships with clients in manufacturing, logistics, and engineering, understanding their staffing needs, and delivering high-quality candidates. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from initial client engagement and job profiling to sourcing, interviewing, and offer management. This hybrid role offers a blend of office-based collaboration and remote flexibility, perfect for an experienced recruiter looking to make a significant impact within a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for industrial sector roles, ensuring efficient and effective placements.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of candidates within the manufacturing, logistics, and engineering industries.
- Conduct thorough client needs analysis and candidate assessments to ensure optimal matches.
- Utilize a range of sourcing techniques, including database searches, networking, and job board advertising.
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients, providing expert recruitment advice.
- Track and report on recruitment activity and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple vacancies and client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and candidate engagement techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid setup.
- Proficiency with recruitment software and CRM systems.
