Key Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process for industrial roles, from initial brief to successful placement.
• Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and database searches.
• Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess candidate suitability and fit for client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the industrial sector, understanding their evolving staffing needs.
• Provide a high level of service to candidates, guiding them through the application and interview process.
• Achieve and exceed placement and revenue targets within your specialist sector.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant , with a focus on the industrial, manufacturing, or engineering sectors highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple vacancies and client accounts simultaneously.
• Excellent understanding of candidate sourcing strategies and market mapping.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid working model and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM.
