Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates for industrial roles, including manufacturing, logistics, and engineering positions.
• Conduct thorough candidate screening and interviewing to assess suitability and skills.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients in the industrial sector .
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate and client experience.
• Achieve and exceed placement targets within the assigned sector.

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment or a similar customer-facing role.
