Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and digital roles, ensuring a positive candidate and client experience.
• Proactively source candidates using a variety of methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking events.
• Conduct effective screening interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of key clients in the technology space.
• Achieve agreed-upon placement targets and contribute to team success.

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment , ideally with a focus on IT or digital roles.
• Strong understanding of the IT and digital job market and associated technical skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid model.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM software.
