Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT and technology roles, including software development, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
• Proactively source and engage with skilled IT professionals through various channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their technical requirements and company culture.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Negotiate offers and manage the candidate experience through to successful placement.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in the IT job market.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT or technology recruitment, either agency or in-house.
• Strong understanding of various IT disciplines, roles, and technical terminology.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and online sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
• A proactive and tenacious approach to identifying and attracting top tech talent.
