Introduction

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter or ambitious sales professional looking to build their career within a fast-paced, client-focused recruitment environment.

You'll have the autonomy to run your own desk , develop strong client relationships and deliver creative recruitment solutions across multiple sectors. This role focuses on permanent commercial recruitment , giving you the opportunity to manage your own client portfolio and drive business growth.

Key Duties

• Manage the full permanent recruitment lifecycle, from job briefing through to offer and placement.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted recruitment partner.
• Carry out business development activity to win new clients and generate vacancies.
• Source, screen and interview candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking and referrals.
• Match candidates to permanent opportunities based on skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Prepare candidates for interviews, providing coaching and feedback.
• Negotiate offers and fees to achieve successful placements.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records using CRM and ATS systems. xwwtmva
• Ensure recruitment activity complies with employment legislation, data protection and company processes.
