Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for public sector roles, including understanding client requirements and sourcing suitable candidates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key contacts within public sector organisations across the region.
• Utilise a variety of sourcing methods, including specialist job boards and professional networks, to attract candidates.
• Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to public sector procurement rules, compliance, and equal opportunities legislation.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant , preferably with exposure to the public or education sector.
• A solid understanding of public sector recruitment processes, compliance, and terminology.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively and autonomously in a remote working environment.
• Proficiency with recruitment software and databases.
