Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles within the retail and hospitality sectors, including store managers, chefs, sales associates, and customer service representatives.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract suitable candidates in a competitive market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the retail and hospitality industries.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, ensuring timely and successful placements for all mandates.
• Provide market insights and advice to clients on salary benchmarks and talent availability.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail and hospitality recruitment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment, with a focus on Retail and Hospitality placements.
• Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and delivering recruitment outcomes.
• Strong understanding of the unique demands and career paths within retail and hospitality.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using recruitment databases, ATS, and professional networking platforms.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, balancing office and remote duties.
