Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technology-related positions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a demonstrable track record in tech recruitment.
• Strong understanding of the IT industry, including various programming languages, platforms, and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities effectively in a hybrid setting.
• A proactive and results-driven approach.
