You will play a vital role in connecting innovative tech companies with skilled professionals, managing the entire recruitment process from client engagement to candidate placement. Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a range of technology roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Data Scientists).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with technology companies and hiring managers.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate engagement, and offer negotiation.
• Utilise advanced sourcing techniques to identify and attract top tech talent.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market intelligence within the tech sector.
• Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities with tech firms.

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment, ideally within the technology sector or a technical recruitment agency.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to engage with tech professionals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, balancing remote and office-based tasks.
