Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify top tech talent, including developers, engineers, and IT support staff.
• Conduct in-depth candidate assessments to evaluate technical skills, cultural fit, and career goals.
• Manage client relationships, understand their technical recruitment needs, and provide market insights.
• Facilitate the entire recruitment process, from initial contact through to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies within the IT industry to enhance recruitment efforts.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant , ideally with a focus on the technology sector.
• Strong knowledge of IT roles, skills, and common tech stacks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with both technical candidates and clients.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a keen interest in technology.
