Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and engineering positions.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific technical requirements.
• Actively pursue new business opportunities and build a strong client base in the technical sector.
• Negotiate job offers and manage the onboarding process for placed candidates.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant , ideally with a focus on technical or engineering recruitment.
• Strong understanding of various technical roles and industry terminology.
• Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a target-driven, office-based environment.
• A proactive and persistent approach to candidate sourcing and client development.
