This is a fully remote position, offering significant autonomy and flexibility, allowing you to build your desk from anywhere within the UK while contributing to the growth of our client's technology recruitment specialism.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of technology clients, understanding their specific hiring requirements.
• Source, screen, and interview high-calibre technology candidates, including software developers, engineers, and IT specialists.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract niche talent in the competitive tech market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a premium service experience.
• Negotiate offers and manage the entire hiring process from start to finish.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and market trends within the tech industry.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally with a specialization in the technology sector .
• Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management.
• Deep understanding of the tech recruitment landscape, including various roles and skill sets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage your workload effectively in a remote setting.
• Based in the UK with the ability to travel occasionally if required for client meetings.
