Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview potential candidates using various recruitment tools and platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing expert advice.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and placement.
• Develop and execute effective candidate attraction strategies to build talent pipelines.
• Consistently achieve and exceed personal and team targets for placements and revenue generation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a recruitment or sales-focused role, ideally within agency recruitment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and resilient approach with a strong drive for results.
• Ability to work independently and manage a demanding workload in a hybrid work setting.
• Familiarity with recruitment CRM systems and best practices.
