Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant , with a specialization in technology recruitment.
• Strong understanding of the technology job market and relevant skill sets.
• Excellent interviewing, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Ability to work effectively both independently in a remote capacity and collaboratively in an office setting.
