Location: Bristol City Centre

Salary: £28,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £50k in year 1) + Progression + Training

Responsibilities

• Make 100+ cold calls a day to build a sales pipeline.
• Use established sales processes and company tools to meet targets.
• Attend regular training and coaching sessions to improve selling skills.
• Progress to senior recruitment roles within the company based on performance.
