Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

• Cultivate strong working relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and company culture.
• Provide excellent service to both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
• Utilize recruitment databases and tools to track candidate progress and manage vacancies.
• Stay informed about market trends and industry developments to offer informed advice.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Recruitment Consultant or similar role is essential.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
