Key Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing expert advice.
• Actively business developing to identify new opportunities and expand client base in the Aberdeen area.
• Managing candidate pipelines, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process.
• Achieving and exceeding personal and team recruitment targets and KPIs.
• Keeping abreast of market trends and competitor activity within the recruitment landscape.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within a consultancy environment.
• Demonstrable success in sales or business development, with a resilient and target-driven approach.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with both clients and candidates effectively.
• Organised and proactive, with strong time management capabilities.
• Familiarity with recruitment software and CRM systems.
