The Engage Partnership specialises in technology and transformation recruitment across the UK and Europe, and we’re currently expanding the business transformation side of our team.

We partner with fast-growth scale-ups, global consultancies and enterprise organisations to deliver hard-to-find talent in competitive markets.

Whilst we’re growing our contract side of the business, we’re looking for the perm counterparts

In this 360 role you can expect to…

• Identify and approach high-quality professionals within your niche market
• Conduct detailed screening and qualification calls
• Proactively approach new businesses through outreach
• Develop and build on relationships with hiring managers
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from start to finish

80k yearly billings = 16k comms a year

100k yearly billings = 20k comms a year

120k yearly billings = 24k comms a year

140k yearly billings = 35k comms a year

180k yearly billings = £54k comms a year

250k yearly billings = £89k comms a year
