Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from understanding client requirements to sourcing and placing suitable candidates.
• Conduct effective candidate sourcing activities, including advertising, headhunting, and networking.
• Interview and assess candidates thoroughly to ensure they meet client specifications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and professional advice.
• Negotiate job offers and manage the process through to a successful start date.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and client interactions in the database.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a recruitment or sales-focused role is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with people at all levels.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of tasks efficiently.
• A proactive and results-driven attitude, with a keenness to succeed.
