What Will You Be Doing?

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll develop relationships with both candidates and clients while becoming an expert in your chosen market.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing and engaging candidates
• Building and managing client relationships
• Conducting candidate interviews
• Identifying new business opportunities
• Managing vacancies from initial briefing through to placement
• Negotiating offers and closing deals
• Working towards individual revenue targets
