Location: Lutterworth
Pay rate: £13.24p/h
Working Hours: Sundayto Thursday - PM Shift
Experience: Previous experience working in Logistics recruitment - essential
Nexus Peopleare looking for a reliable and proactive On-Site Coordinator to join our recruitment team at Magna Park, Lutterworth.
This is a hands-on role working directly with our clients and temporary workforce, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations on site.
Working asan On-site Recruitment Consultant:

• Dealing with all aspects of Recruitment, from attraction to onboarding
• Managing interviews & assessments and proactively maintaining a pool of available candidates
• Completing all compliance & referencing checks, in line with company policy
• Remaining aware of local area competition, fluctuations in pay rates, and changes tocandidate activity
• Providing supply reports when required/requested

The suitablecandidate will have the ability to work in a busy environment and will be able to multi-task and juggle a number of different projects all at once.
The Working Hours of an On-site Consultant:

• WorkingSunday toThursday

We are looking for people with a recruitment background who understand the requirement for flexibility when it comes to working hours and days. This is a full-time role, but there will be times when you may be required to do additional hours, during the busier periods. xwwtmva
