Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their staffing requirements and business objectives.
• Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates for open positions, ensuring a high quality of applicants.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates within your specialized sector.
• Coordinate interview schedules and provide constructive feedback to both candidates and clients.
• Meet and exceed agreed-upon targets for placements and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a recruitment or sales-focused role.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment process and effective sourcing techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated and disciplined, with a proven ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is advantageous.
• A proactive approach to business development and client management in a remote environment .
