About the Role

Our client, a forward-thinking recruitment consultancy with a strong presence in Southampton , is seeking a proactive and skilled Recruitment Consultant to join their expanding team. This role is designed for a motivated individual passionate about connecting talent with opportunity, managing the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of clients. As part of a fully remote team, you will leverage digital tools and communication strategies to build relationships and deliver outstanding results, serving the Southampton and surrounding Hampshire area from a remote location.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment campaigns from initial client briefing through to successful candidate placement.
• Source candidates using a variety of online tools, databases, and networking techniques.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, understanding their specific hiring requirements.
• Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for successful candidates.
• Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the ongoing success of the remote consultancy.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role within a recruitment agency.
• Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills suitable for remote interaction.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Self-motivated and disciplined, with a strong ability to manage workload effectively in a fully remote setting.
• Experience in the Southampton or wider Hampshire market is beneficial.
