The Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will:

Interview and place candidates into schools Build and manage candidate pipelines Write professional candidate profiles Work towards weekly KPIs and performance targets Learn negotiation, influence and relationship-building skills Earn commission as you progress through the roleYou'll receive daily support from your Team Manager, structured training from our in-house specialists and ongoing mentorship.

After completing the Impact Academy, you'll move onto a sales-focused desk with advanced training in:
