You wont need to be from an education background (although preferred), as long as you have:

• The desire to learn a new sector
• Experience of working in a 360 sales environment
• The ability to build rapport and develop relationships
• Have good written and spoken English
• A desire to achieve goals and hit targets in a fast xwwtmva paced environment

To be considered youd need:

• A sales or recruitment background
• Education recruitment experience ideally but this isnt essential
• Drive and motivation to be successful and develop relationships with schools
• The ability to multitask and self-motivate
• Access to travel to Southampton office
