Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for various client vacancies, ensuring a positive candidate and client experience.
• Conduct thorough candidate searches, including screening, interviewing, and assessing suitability for roles.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
• Utilize a range of sourcing methods, including databases, networking, and social media platforms.
• Provide expert advice to clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment strategies.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for successful candidates.

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment or a related sales/customer-facing role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional telephone and email etiquette.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
