What You'll Be Doing
This is a true 360 role where you'll have autonomy, variety and the chance to make a real impact:
- Managing your own desk of daily drivers.
- Building strong relationships with existing PSL clients.
- Generating new business and growing your client base.
- Visiting customer sites to strengthen partnerships.
- Advertising, sourcing and attracting high-quality drivers.
- Conducting interviews and completing licence checks.
- Delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates.
- Handling all associated recruitment administration.
You'll thrive here if you're energetic, organised and commercially sharp:
- Recruitment experience with a proven track record in sales & business development or a background in the logistics and transport sector and a desire to move into the recruitment sector.
- Confidence managing a busy 360 desk.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work at pace while maintaining high standards.
- A proactive, resilient and team-focused approach.
- Experience within driving, industrial or logistics recruitment is ideal, but strong recruiters. from other sectors will also be considered.
- £28,000 – £35,000 basic salary (DOE).
