Our client, a well-established recruitment consultancy based in Milton Keynes , is seeking a motivated and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join their vibrant office. In this vital, office-based role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for your assigned clients and vacancies. This involves developing new business leads, understanding client needs, sourcing exceptional candidates, and facilitating successful placements. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base across various sectors, contributing directly to the company's growth and success, all within a supportive and collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads and develop relationships with prospective clients.
- Conduct in-depth client consultations to fully understand their recruitment needs and company culture.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates, assessing their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the offer process, including negotiation and pre-employment checks.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and client records accurately.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Recruitment Consultant role, ideally within a agency setting.
- Demonstrated ability in business development and client relationship management.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently manage a busy workload.
