Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned vacancies, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive outreach and networking.
• Build and nurture effective relationships with clients, understanding their specific hiring needs and company culture.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to source candidates efficiently and effectively.
• Achieve and exceed individual placement and revenue targets in a remote working environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience (3+ years) in recruitment consultancy or a similar talent acquisition role.
• Solid understanding of recruitment best practices, candidate sourcing strategies, and interview techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and maintain high productivity remotely.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
