About the Role

Our client is seeking an energetic and client-focused Recruitment Consultant to join their team in Glasgow . This role is key to identifying and attracting high-calibre candidates for a variety of clients across Scotland. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment lifecycle, from client engagement and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and placement. Operating on a hybrid basis, you will enjoy a blend of remote work flexibility and in-office collaboration, contributing to a positive and productive team atmosphere within the vibrant Scottish market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to meet client needs.
• Conduct thorough candidate screening and interviews to assess suitability for various roles.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Source candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for successful candidates.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a recruitment or staffing role.
• Demonstrated success in candidate sourcing and client management.
• Strong understanding of the UK job market, with a focus on Scotland .
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
