Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of technology recruitment specialists.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing recruitment teams, ideally within a technology recruitment specialism.
• Significant experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Manager, with a strong track record of success.
• Deep understanding of the technology landscape and current tech roles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability in business development and client relationship management.
• Familiarity with the West Midlands tech recruitment market is a strong advantage.
