Recruitment Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead their recruitment operations based in Derby . This senior role involves overseeing the entire recruitment function, managing a team of consultants and coordinators, and developing strategic recruitment plans to meet the organisation's growing talent needs. You will be instrumental in shaping the recruitment brand, implementing best practices, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality talent acquisition services. This is a key leadership position within the company, offering the chance to drive significant impact within our Derby -based office.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor the recruitment team, setting performance goals and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all roles.
• Manage key stakeholder relationships, providing strategic advice on talent acquisition.
• Implement and optimise recruitment processes, policies, and systems, including the ATS.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on key performance indicators.

Requirements

• Significant experience (8+ years) in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully building and leading high-performing recruitment teams.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment law, and talent acquisition strategies.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies for various levels and functions.
• Proficiency with recruitment technologies and ATS.
• Based in or able to commute to our Derby office.
