About the Role
Our client is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Recruitment Manager to lead their expanding operations in Cardiff . In this management position, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day recruitment activities, managing a team of consultants, and ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional recruitment services to a diverse client base. This role is crucial for driving team performance, fostering a positive and productive work environment, and contributing to the strategic growth of the consultancy. You will play a key role in shaping the recruitment strategy for Cardiff and its surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of recruitment consultants to achieve individual and team targets.
- Oversee the recruitment process from initial client engagement through to successful placement.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client demands and market opportunities.
- Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and recruitment best practices.
- Drive business development efforts to secure new client accounts and expand market share in Cardiff .
Requirements
- Significant experience in recruitment, with demonstrated success in managing a team.
