About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Manager to lead their dedicated recruitment team based in Liverpool . This leadership role is critical in overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the successful acquisition of talent across the organisation. You will be responsible for setting recruitment strategies, managing a team of consultants and resourcers, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the recruitment team to achieve individual and team objectives.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery.
- Manage key client relationships and drive business development opportunities.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs and provide regular performance reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation and best practices.
Requirements
- Significant experience (minimum 6 years) in recruitment , with proven leadership and management capabilities.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing recruitment strategies.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage a team and drive performance in a results-oriented environment.
- Based in or willing to commute to our Liverpool office daily.
