You will work closely with experienced recruiters, developing your understanding of the tech recruitment landscape and honing your skills in candidate sourcing and engagement. Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates for technology roles using job boards, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability and interest in tech positions.
• Maintain and update candidate databases with accurate information, ensuring data integrity.
• Assist recruitment consultants with CV formatting, shortlisting, and interview scheduling.
• Develop and manage talent pipelines for critical technology skill sets.
• Research and identify key talent pools and market trends within the IT sector.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role or administrative support is beneficial.
• Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and an aptitude for learning new recruitment software.
